- 1 medium Carrot(chopped)

- 2 l Water or Fish Stock
- 300 g Salmon Fillet(skinless, cut into chunks)
- 200 ml Heavy Cream
- 0.5 cup Fresh Dill(chopped, plus more for garnish)
