Spiced Hibiscus Tea

- 2 liters Water
- 0.5 cup Dried hibiscus flowers
- 5 cm piece Fresh ginger(peeled and sliced or grated)
- 2 small Cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp Whole cloves
- 0.5 cup Sugar(or to taste)

In a large saucepan, combine the water, sliced ginger, cinnamon sticks, and cloves.

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the dried hibiscus flowers.

Cover the pot and let the hibiscus steep for at least 15-30 minutes, or longer for a more intense flavor.

Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a heatproof pitcher or bowl, discarding the solids.
